The location of the hotel was very convenient. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The hotel also offered free Wi-Fi which made it easy to stay connected during my stay. Additionally, the breakfast served was tasty and had a good variety of options to choose from.
There were some disappointing aspects to my stay. Firstly, the amenities promised were not received. Moreover, the room I had booked was not the same as the one given to me. Secondly, I faced poor customer support as my complaints were not addressed efficiently. my stay was not as enjoyable as I had hoped it would be.

The customer service needs improvement. There have been issues with room allocation and amenities not being provided as advertised.

We loved the convenient location of the hotel, which allowed us to easily explore this city. The cleanliness of the facilities was impeccable, making us feel comfortable and at ease during our stay. In addition, the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. To top it off, the breakfast provided at this hotel was delicious, giving us the perfect start to our day.

The location was great and the price was affordable. the staff were friendly and accommodating. the fact that it was quiet made for a peaceful night's sleep.
The room was in poor condition and not clean. There were bugs and the bed was uncomfortable.
